The Right Reach, LLC is a consulting organization dedicated to empowering youth by embracing their resiliency and fostering social ties. We work with state, county & nonprofit service providers in foster care to assist youths in identifying the barriers to obtaining self-dependency, through human investment and 21st-century skill-building.

We are developing products and organizing workshop sessions to assist youth in building a network of personal and professional relationships and boost self-worth through a deliberate network of support. We help youths gain skills and techniques to identify their existing supports, where they need connections, how to locate them, and how to approach and create such relationships.

Our goal is to concentrate on the urgent needs of the youths of ages 18-21 who have aged out of foster care, teaching them how to create social capital and provide opportunities.
