Her leadership roles have allowed her to assist students and employees with career and academic support, produce training materials, teach training, engage with various populations, manage several priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. She has almost 20 years of experience mentoring students and coaching employees. 15 years of recruiting, hiring, and developing team members.  She has developed great customer service, communication, and organizational abilities via daily cooperation with staff, interest groups, community members, and other stakeholders. Her experience overseeing annual budgets, supervising staff, volunteers, and planning and coordinating programs and activities for youth, adults, and families will be essential to The Right Reach, LLC.
